These high precision goniometer stages from Aerotech feature high resolution and speed. The ANT20G can achieve 0.1 arcsecond resolution with speeds up to 150 degree/seconds. This motorized goniometer stage can accelerate up to 1200 rad/second. For motion around a single point, these stages have ±20 degree motion range. For zero backlash or hysteresis, the ANT20G Aerotech goniometer stage uses a frictionless direct drive for zero contact and low maintenance.
