Product Overview:
PI nanopositioning stage with extremely low profile and PiezoWalk drive. Piezo stage is designed for serial mounting with only 7.4mm profile. Travel range of 2 mm. Designed for harsh environments with high ambient temperature or strong magnetic fields. The piezo stage also has optional vacuum compatible version. Closed loop resolution of 500nm with a linearity of 5 µm and repeatability of 1 µm. The PI stage has a velocity of 2 mm in 250 millisecond.
