Motorized Rotary Stage, 360 degrees, 0.18 arcsec

Compact motorized rotary stage with continuous 360 degrees rotation was designed and is manufactured by Primatics. Careful attention to the design provides for long lifetime with low maintenance and for easy integration the rotary stage features a single cable connection for control. The selection of a direct drive motor for continuous rotary motion and oversized cross roller bearing design provides for superior performance with wobble and accuracy. The motorized rotary stage resolution of 0.18 arcsec with an accuracy of +/-30 arcsec. An error mapped accuracy option can reduce this to +/-5 arcesc at a maximum speed of 55 RPM. For high speed rotation applications the stage has a maximum speed of 350 RPM but this reduces the accuracy. This stage can be manufactured to achieve ISO 4 cleanroom standards.
