Two options for motions are available for this D-Slide Series including the standard high torque stepper motor or the brushless servo motor with 1000 line encoder. The optional rotary encoder help provide accurate measurement with accuracy of 0.0006 mm/mm of travel with unidirectional repeatability of 3 µm. Standard features include travel limit switches for safe operation in any environment or application. Vacuum compatible versions are available for this high performance long travel motorized linear stage. Loads up to 150 lbs (68 kg) is possible with this stage.
