Spectra-Physics Q-Switched Laser was designed for applications in Scribing of thin film solar cells, Crystalline Silicon solar cell edge isolation, Flexible circuit board processing/ drilling/cutting, Marking metals and plastics and Si wafer scribing. Nanosecond laser features a rugged industrial design for reliable 24/7 operation in demanding production environments. For field service the laser has a modular design for key components including the harmonics module. Consistent processing is possible because of excellent mode and pulse-to-pulse stability. Pulse width is 30ns with a pulse repetition rate of 30-250kHz and peak output powers of 9kW. Q-switched laser with a wavelength of 1064nm and average output power of 27 watts.
