Description:
Spectra-Physics Q-switched laser with nanosecond pulse output. Compact and user friendly ensures fast setup and the laser was designed for high uptime and field serviceability. Long life laser diode selection for reliable long term use and low cost of ownership. Application for the 532nm includes Electronic package singulation, PCB material ablation / PCB structuring, Ceramic scribing, Silicon wafer marking, and Solar cell edge isolation and thin film patterning.
