Description:
Femtosecond laser from Rofin was optimized for process quality and productivity. Laser features programmable burst mode, fast parameter change and integration packages for various applications. Laser output frequency can is from single pulse up to 2 MHz with pulse widths of 700 femtoseconds. Average output power up to 20 watts with peak output power of 200 MW. Beam divergence is less then 0.6mrad with beam quality M2<1.3. Laser was designed for applications in high precision cutting, surface structuring, drilling and marking of almost all materials without thermal damage. Femtosecond laser wavelength is 1030nm with output energy up to 160µJ.
