Description:
Optical power sensor from ILX Lightwave uses an integrating sphere and InGaAs detector to measure laser diodes over the wavelength range from 1200nm-1650nm and optical power up to 10 watts. A unique design also allows the optical power sensor to measure wavelength of the laser diodes with accuracy of +/-2.0nm. The optical power sensor is compatible with the ILX Lightwave OMM-6810B Optical Power and Wavelength Meter.
