Product Overview:

These Yokogawa wavelength meters measure lasers over the wavelength range of 1270nm-1650nm with up to +/-0.2 ppm accuracy. Designed for applications in WDM transmission systems, lasers / optical transceivers, and calibration of test systems. This wave meter has user friendly features with easy to view bright color LCD, proven design, direct operation with a mouse, data access through LAN and USB ports. The USB ports can be used for data storage, mouse, or keyboard. Measurements can be viewed in many modes including single or multiple wavelength modes, delta wavelength, grid or optical spectrum view. The wavelength meter can also measure power in dBm, mW, or µW and display wavelength in nm, THz), or cm-1. High wavelength accuracy of ±0.3 pm. There are two models in the series. The high accuracy AQ6151 model offers an accuracy of ± 0.3pm to meet the most demanding precision requirements. The standard accuracy AQ6150 offers a ± 1pm accuracy for applications with less demanding requirements at a more affordable price. The real time correction feature utilizes a highly stable reference signal from the built-in wavelength reference light source in order to provide long-term stability for each and every measurement taken.
